How many children do you have?
I have an almost 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter who’s already acting like she’s 16. Both of them keep me on my toes with their packed schedules—whether it’s baseball for him or cheerleading for her.
What are your career aspirations?
I strive to create an environment where my coworkers feel comfortable sharing their ideas and thoughts. I aim to be seen as a leader who encourages open communication, and I’m committed to continuously learning and taking risks to grow both personally and professionally
What type of exercise do you do?
I’m currently committed to completing 100 workouts focused on building long, lean muscles. The workouts include a variety of HIIT, cardio, core, and yoga sessions to keep things balanced and challenging.
What do you find the most difficult with eating healthy?
The more I can meal prep, the better I stay on track with healthy eating. I prioritize convenience with healthy options by being intentional about planning my meals and prepping them for a quick grab-and-go.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love reading, watching reality tv, spending time outdoors, and crafting new ways to DIY my house.
